Step:1 Verification of TAN and PAN of the Company

TAN Stands for Tax deduction Account Number
PAN Stands for Permanent Account Number
To Issue the Form16/Form16A/Form12 Company Requires TAN and PAN.
How to Verify: Open www.google.com
In Search Bar type "KNOW YOUR TAN" and Click on Search Button
In Search Results click on the first link. Now Incometax india
Official website will be opened.
Select Category of Deductor as Company,State as Karnataka or Bihar
or Assam (Any one of the required State),Type Name of the
Company in the Name Field,Enter the given Capcha Code and
click on Submit Button.
If Company Contains TAN and PAN it will be displayed Successfully
with detailed Company Address(as mentioned in the Company Website).
If Comapny does not contains TAN and PAN it will displayed as
"No Records Founds".
FAQ1:What if Company is contain TAN and but not PAN
Answer:To Provide Form16/Form16A/Form12,Both TAN and PAN is Mandatory.
Step:2 Verification of the Company Registration
Reason: Why they Verify Comapny Registration
Clarification: As per Government of India Companies act,each and every
Company has to Register under 1956 Companies Act.
How to Verify: Open www.google.com
in search bar type "MCA21" and click on Search Button.
in the search results click on the first link.Now MCA21 india official
Website will be opened.
Click on Check Company or LLP Name Link(Link is available at left side)
Enter Name of the company in the Company Name Field and click on
search Button.
If Company is Registered then Company Details will be displyed with
Registered Date.
They will compare Comapny Registered Date with Employee Joining Date.
Always company Registration date would be prior to Employee Joining Date
If Comapny is not registered then pop up generates with the message
of "NO Matches Found".
FAQ2: What if Company is registered in MCA and but not contain Company
TAN and PAN
Answer: Company is Registered under companies act and but not performing
any Financial Transations( No Earnings and No Spendings).
Step:3 Verification of age of the Company Domain
Open www.who.is
Enter the Company URL(Example:www.xyztech.com) in the search Bar
Click on Who.is Search button and check out for Registred on Date
Step:4 Employment Verification over the Phone
Third Party Verification Team Executive will call to the Comapny HR over
the phone to get the employment details like Employee ID,Employee Joining
Date,Employee Reliving Date,Employee Joining Designation,Employee Reliving
Designation,Employee CTC,Reason for Leaving.
Here if Company HR has Sufficient time then above mentioned detils will be
Provided over the phone else HR will ask the third party verification team
executive to send an official email.
Companies Standard:Most of the HR's will not provide the details over the phone
and but provide details in the official email.
Step:5 Employment Verification in the Official Email
Third Party Verification Team Executive will send an official Email to the
Comapny HR to get the employment details like Employee ID,Employee Joining
Date,Employee Reliving Date,Employee Joining Designation,Employee Reliving
Designation,Employee CTC,Reason for Leaving.
Step:6 Employment Physical Verification
Third Party Verification Team Executive will Take an appointment of
HR Manager to Meet them in Personally for the purpose of employment Physical
Verification and get the employment details like Employee ID,Employee Joining
Date,Employee Reliving Date,Employee Joining Designation,Employee Reliving
Designation,Employee CTC,Reason for Leaving.
Types of Verifications:
What is Pre Verification:Few Companies After verifying all above mentioned
details they will release the offer letter.This type of verification is
called as Pre Verification.
What is Post Verification: Most of the Companies After Joining into the
company they will verify all above mentioned details they will release the
offer letter.This type of verification is called as Post Verification.
As per Client Requirement third party verification companies will do
below mentioned kind of verifications.
1).Current Employer Back Ground Verification(Mandatory)
2).Previous Employer Back Ground Verification(Mandatory)
3).Education Back Ground Verification(Based on Client Requirement)
4).Criminal Back Ground Verification(Based on Client Requirement)
5).Passport Verification(If Necessary)
Verification Result: If Third Party Verification Team Satisfies with
all above mentioned ways then they will give result as GREEN Else they
will give as RED.
GREEN Result Employees will Continue with Job and RED Result Candidate
will be Terminated from the Company.
